Lazaros Apostolidis
Partner
Lazaros has over 15 years of experience in financial management, strategic planning, and performance optimisation working for corporates and the private equity sector across UK, Russia and Greece. He has worked across a number of industries including agri-food, retail, manufacturing and shipping, media and financial services. His engagement experience spans production, distribution/logistics, inventory management, retail, after-sales and maintenance, etc.
He focuses on liaising operations to financials, aligning day-to-day business activities with financial goals to improve profitability and resource allocation while ensuring alignment with long-term strategic objectives. Bridging the gap between operational, on-the-ground management and financial reporting (P&L) through shared dashboards, regular communication and collaborative decision-making to translate operational metrics into financial impact.
Lazaros specialises in developing financial models and generating operational efficiencies through data-driven decision-making with the aim of enhancing profitability and growth. He combines technical expertise with a strategic mindset to align financial planning with business objectives and shareholder value creation.
Lazaros has a BSc in Economics & Finance from Geneva University and a MSc in Analytical Finance from St-Andrews University.

Evangelos has over 15 years of consulting experience in corporate strategy and M&A strategy working for leading consulting firms in London, UK. His experience has been primarily on financial services and spans insurance, investment and wealth management, banking and payments. In addition, he has worked on a range of engagements across technology, manufacturing, industrial products, retail/leisure, etc. He has worked across the value chain including a number of technology assets operating in those verticals. His work experience also includes corporate strategy roles for Tier 1 banks.
Evangelos has been part of a number of strategic reviews, strategic options assessments, market opportunity assessments, M&A target screening, Vendor Assist engagements, buy-side and sell-side Commercial Due Diligence (CDD) engagements and revenue synergy assessments. He brings deep expertise in supporting strategic initiatives including market sizing, research, competitor analysis, customer referencing, due diligence, value proposition development, business performance reviews and business plan reviews.
Evangelos has a BSc in Industrial Engineering and Economics from Northwestern University.
